We go beyond providing support in that we actually assume liability for Workers’ compensation, payroll taxes, and state unemployment. Providing workers' compensation insurance coverage to all employees under our policy is a major area of responsibility that we assume. We monitor claims, attend hearings as the employer, interact with employees regarding treatment education and return-to-work capabilities, and instruct on-site supervisors on the implementation of light duty programs to facilitate a quick return to work. Most importantly, we help create a safe workplace through site visits, safety recommendations and through implementing employee safety manuals and standards.
 

 

Innovative Employer Solutions Inc. in assuming the overall payroll function becomes responsible and liable for the payment of wages and for compliance with all rules and regulations governing the reporting of employment related federal and state taxes. Our knowledgeable staff is responsible for ensuring that all taxes are calculated correctly and remitted on a timely basis. We ensure client compliance with all employment related federal and state tax regulations.
 

 

Innovative Employer Solutions Inc. administers all benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, disability insurance, and life insurance. Our staff of experienced professionals is skilled in all aspect of benefit communications, program development and analysis, employee enrollments and plan administration. We provide technical expertise and cost effect service to all of our clients. As a client, you may adopt onto the Innovative Employer Solution’s 401(k) Retirement Plan at anytime. Employees may defer based on their individual retirement needs and employers may elect to contribute based on a plan option that maximizes their retirement contribution.
